The programme uses fixed time slots for writing and discussions. This is the time table used at the retreats

Day 1

17:30-18:00   Introductions, writing warm up, setting goals

18:30-19:30 Writing

19.30-20.30    Activity - walk, run, rest, free time - you choose

20:30            Evening Meal


DAY 2

8.30               Breakfast (regional products with healthy option)

09:15-09:30   Planning – setting goals for 4 slots

09:30-11:00 Writing

11:00-11:30   Morning break

11:30-12:30 Writing

12:30-13:15   Activity - walk, run, swim or bike – you choose

13:15-14:00   Lunch

14:00-15:30 Writing

15:30-16:00   Afternoon break

16:00-17:30 Writing

17:30-18:00Taking stock, setting/resetting goals

18:00-19.30   Activity - walk, run, rest, free time - you choose

20:00             Evening Meal
